Why I made this program
In my years of experience, I have met many people who, despite their efforts to learn about their gut-brain connection, have come away feeling just as in the dark or unsure of where to turn. With the unchecked wellness industry containing little oversight, they can't help but feel they are being “sold something” each time they read about some new product.
I started this program to try to help people cut through the noise, to become equipped with knowledge backed by science, and ultimately, to be able to make informed decisions about their health. Whether you are simply interested in learning more about the fascinating science of this gut-brain world, are looking for useful knowledge to improve your health, or find yourself looking for options to alleviate symptoms, this class can benefit you.
Why making it made sense
My intention in making this program is to educate and empower people to know more, and do more, about their gut and brain health. I myself genuinely enjoy learning about advances in this field. As an important part of my work, I regularly attend high-impact scientific meetings and engage in my own program of research.
And that is the bottom line: The science is advancing rapidly, clinical health guidelines are updated constantly, and therefore, so is this program. Knowledge is indeed powerful, but credible knowledge is essential.
